Reax Mini Vape Kit Dimensions

The Reax Mini kit is very portable with a sleek minimalist design, it fits as easily in the pocket or purse as it does in the hand. It is very ergonomic and comfortable to hold thanks to its rounded sides and corners. Tigon coils

Aspire has included more flexibility in the Reax Mini kit by including two types of push fit coils.

A 0.4ohm DTL style coil designed to run from 23-28 watts and a 1.2ohm coil designed to run at 10-12 watts more suited to MTL style vaping. Both coils are made from high grade nichrome wire, with great wicking properties for a flavorful vape.

The push fit coils help reduce mess when changing and are much easier to remove and replace.

The 1.2ohm coil would be suitable for nic salt type e-liquid but can equally be used with normal e-liquid.

Aspire Tigon Filling - Filling couldn’t be simpler in a child proof/leak proof tank of this type.

First pull up on the top cap, then with your thumb or finger on the marker, slide open the top cap to reveal the silicon leak proof seal of the fill port. The silicon fill port on the tank has a self-sealing valve into which you can insert your chosen filling bottle nozzle to fill the tank.

Closing the tank is the opposite, slide the top cap back into place covering the silicon seal and push down.

Remember, when using a new coil, to let the cotton of the coil saturate in the e-liquid for 5 minutes or so before you start to vape. This will ensure that you don’t get dry hits or damage the coil.

Coil Installation

On the Aspire Tigon tank, coil replacement is just a case of unscrewing the base hardware, pulling out the old coil and replacing with a new one.

Then screwing the base hardware back on again. Note that the Tigon tank can still hold e-liquid when changing the coil, this is because the wicking holes in the tank are covered by a spring loaded sleeve that will slide shut sealing the holes when the coil is removed.

Remember, before using a coil for the first time to let it stand for 5 minutes after filling with e-liquid to saturate the coil and avoid dry hit and damage to the coil.

Glass tube removal and Installation - when removing and/or replacing the glass tube of the tank, you need to follow these steps.

First, unscrew and remove the base hardware and pull out the coil.

Then invert the tank and using the special key provided, unlock the top hardware by placing it in the slot of the screw holding the top hardware (see diagram).

Next, remove the glass tube. Replace the glass tube and follow the steps in reverse, (it is easier to place the screw onto the key first to locate it into the top hardware), secure the screw, insert the coil and replace the base hardware.

Remember, before using a coil for the first time to let it stand for 5 minutes after filling with e-liquid to saturate the coil and avoid dry hit and damage to the coil.

Ingenious self sealing coil housing

Tigon tank is the first Aspire product to use an ingenious design that will seal the wicking holes in the tank when the coil is removed.

Aspire Tigon tank Airflow

The Tigon tank has Aspire’s new dual function airflow settings. Turning it initially will reveal 5 smaller holes than can be adjusted from 5 open to 4 then 3,2,1. This is for the MTL type vaping with 1 small hole being the tightest draw.

Rotating the airflow adjustment further will reveal a ‘slot’ style airflow adjustment, again this can be adjusted from wide open to almost closed for a restrictive DTL type hit.

Indicator light

When the device is on press the fire button, the indicator light will indicate your device's current charge. When its current charge capacity is above 3.8 volts the indicator light will be green. When the charge is between 3.5 and 3.8 volts the light will be blue. When the charge drops below 3.5 volts the light will then turn red to remind you that it is time to charge.

Wattage Options

The bottom wattage display acts as the switch (mode button) to adjust the output wattage, the bottom wattage display will light the corresponding output power value: 8W, 10W, 12W, 14W, 16W, and bypass.

Note: The output wattage can only be adjusted when the resistance of the connected coil is detected to be equal to, or higher than 1.0Ω; when the coil resistance is less than 1.0Ω, the output mode is automatically in bypass mode therefore cannot be adjusted.
